Role SummaryWe’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician ready to be the go-to problem solver for our local clients. You’ll handle onsite visits and day-to-day support requests, with remote guidance from our senior and remote techs when needed. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys solving everyday tech issues, wants to build confidence with clients, and is eager to grow into bigger responsibilities over time.
What you'll do
  • Provide first-line technical support (password resets, connectivity issues, application troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Go onsite to client offices and homes to resolve issues or set up equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Assist with network and Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting
  • Document all work in our ticketing system
  • Learn and collaborate with senior technicians and remote support staff
  • Repair or build custom computers (with guidance from senior techs)
Qualifications
  • IT training, certifications, or relevant coursework (CompTIA A+ a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a “figure it out” mindset
  • Comfortable with both in-person and phone communication
  • Reliable transportation and professional appearance
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to keep learning
Growth Path
  • Year 1 to 2: Build your foundation in IT support, sharpen troubleshooting skills, and gain onsite experience
  • Year 2 to 3: Advance to Level 2 Support Technician and take on more complex projects
  • Beyond: Specialize in cybersecurity, networking, or leadership as we grow
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $30,000–$46,000 annually, depending on certifications and experience
